Points to Remember


It is in our best interest to ensure that the time you spend with Planwell Recruitment Ltd runs as

smoothly as possible. To assist you in gaining the maximum benefit whilst working with us, please

read the following points.


- Our consultants will explain what each job entails, stating if it is a short or long-term

assignment, or a temporary position leading to a permanent job. It is therefore important

that you communicate and think carefully before accepting the assignment. Please do not

accept a placement if you know you cannot commit to it.


- If you know that you are only available for a short period of time, or that you are currently

awaiting confirmation of another job elsewhere, please let us know.


- At the end of the week, please message the office to inform us of your availability for the

following week if you are in a short-term placement.


- Please ensure that you provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to work e.g.

appointments, holidays, and sickness.


- We operate a 24 hour, seven days a week, out-of-hour service for emergencies. If you are

unable to attend work, for any reason, please call or message us immediately on 07940

066392. Do not walk off site!


Please remember, the more flexible you are the longer we can keep you in regular work.

Pay day is always the following Friday after the week you have worked.

Pay queries – any queries regarding your pay or holiday entitlement should be emailed to

queries@planwellrecruitment.co.uk We process the hours confirmed to us by your client on their

timesheet, should you notice a discrepancy on your payslip please report this to us immediately

and we can check with your client.


Holiday entitlement is accrued against hours you have worked, the holiday year runs
from 1st April – 31st March, you should regularly check with us what holiday entitlement you have accrued and

book time off work accordingly as holiday cannot be carried over.



If you need to visit or contact us our office is open from Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm and we are

contactable outside of office hours in an emergency on the numbers given above.


Please refer to all policies available in the office at registration stage, data protection, privacy

policy, grievance procedure, modern slavery etc, all are available upon request.
